So far so good! In the past I dealt with people all around the globe. It's a pleasure to work with somebody in my local area. It's a double pleasure to speak with someone that speaks English. Nothing against people from... foreign countries. My developer is from Pakistan and he is brilliant.But when it comes to search engine optimization I want to understand what people are saying to me and more importantly I want them to understand my needs. Ryan has been very attentive from the start. I have seen very good results so far. I'm expecting things to get even better. I will tell you from experience you need to be very careful when you get signed up with an SEO company. If they don't know what they're doing they can do way more damage than good. All it takes is a penalty from Google and you will be in nowheresville!I am speaking from experience. Years ago on another website I had very good rankings and then the search engine optimization company did some funky things with links. And it caused the Google Panda and Penguin penalties to my site. I literally went from way at the top to being gone off the map. Lesson learned. I am very cautious after having learned that lesson the hard way. I trust SEO Direct.There is also much to be said about sending an email and having somebody respond to it in a timely manner. Or leaving a message and having somebody call back without having to hound them. All of these things are important and Ryan stepped up to the plate in both those areas.read more

Out of the hundreds of companies you're considering, SEO Direct and Ryan is who you want on your side.When I was looking for an SEO company to help with stuff I didn't have time with, I contacting about 5 of the... highest rated companies and spoke with their representatives. After doing my own homework, I had a gist of what is BS (which let me tell you, a LOT of SEO companies feed you BS) and what is feasible and it's your job as a business owner to be able to distinguish between the two. Every proposal I got from other companies are just the same spiel they give to everyone. Ryan on the other hand gave me a proposal identifying everything that can be improved and a plan of action going forward before I even signed an agreement.Obviously I wouldn't be writing this long review if my rankings didn't increase but that aside, Ryan is great to work with. He's extremely responsive and insightful and anything outside of the SEO services he offers he'll still try to help and accommodate with - I can't recommend him enough.read more
